Of Best Selling Authors.Gray is also a regular contributor to multiple publications, most recently featured in USA Today Magazine, but it’s his experience that truly sets him apart from most making him the true expert in his field.
Chris started playing football at age 8 and continued competitively through college and into the semi-pro leagues for 4 years. Gray also an established bodybuilder and strength competitor, he has truly has made his mark in the sports. He has also competed nationally with an elite team of professionals in the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge competing in 3 World Championships on featured on ESPN.
His very unique kettlebell training center located in Dover Delaware, is literally changing lives using techniques and equipment never before seen by most.
After years of witnessing people struggle every day to lose weight and get in shape Gray realized that most gyms and fitness programs set people up to fail right from the start by not providing them with all of the key elements needed to achieve success. It’s the failure to provide these tools that results in most people’s failure to accomplish their fitness and health goals.

Karen
Latham
Owner/Operator
Karen is a 1996 graduate of Wesley College, and a 2001 graduate of
Widener University School of Law. She has been in the fitness industry
for 15 years. Karen is an Art Of Strength kettlebell instructor, Her
expertise include functional training, strength training, and circuit
training.
Joanne Caiola
Instructor/Nutrition Coach
Joanne Caiola has been a certified fitness trainer for over a decade motivating and inspiring others to be healthy and fit. Fitness is a way of life for Joanne and she exudes that passion by promoting fitness for life and helping others positively change their bodies and lives. In the fitness arena Joanne is a motivator, a supporter and your biggest cheerleader.
Joanne is a certified Art of Strength Kettlebell trainer. Her other certifications include: ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Johnny G. SPIN Instructor, ISCA Kickboxing Instructor, YogaFit Level 2 Instructor, AAAI/ISMA Powerhouse Mat Pilates Instructor, Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. Instructor.
Christen
Boesenberg
Instructor
Christen is a 2006 graduate of the University of Delaware, where she
received her degree in sociology. She has been involved in the fitness
industry for over 5 years. Her expertise include functional training,
strength training, and circuit training. She is certified as an Art of
Strength Kettlebell instructor.
Matt Maslauskas
Instructor
Matt is a salesman by day and kettlebell enthusiast by night. Matt
teaches all levels
of training at Punch and is a certified Art Of Strength kettlebell
instructor.
Katie Bauer
Instructor
Katie is one of our local teachers with a passion for fitness, and is a
part time
instructor teaching all levels of training at Punch.
Dawn Creasy
Administrative Assistant/Nutrition Coach
Dawn is a 2006 graduate of Del Tech, with an Associate's in Office Admin. She is Core and Expert certified in Microsoft Office and has more than 15 years experience working in the Administrative field.
Dawn was the 2011 Member Of The Year after changing the course of her entire life here at Punch Gym. She has now become a nutrition coach and is currently working to become our next personal trainer.
